Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

Website: www.alluringtranquility.com

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional codes, discount codes, or coupon codes (collectively, "Promo Codes") issued by Alluring Tranquility:

1. Limit of Use

  • Strict One-Time Use: Each Promo Code is valid for a single, one-time use only.
  • Per-Customer Restrictions: To ensure fair use, Promo Codes are strictly limited to one (1) use per individual person, per unique email address, and per physical mailing address.
  • Order Cancellation: Alluring Tranquility reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any order where multiple purchases are detected using the same Promo Code by the same person, email, or shipping address.

2. General Restrictions

  • Non-Transferable: Promo Codes cannot be transferred, shared, sold, bartered, or redeemed for cash, credit, or previous purchases.
  • Not Combinable: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Promo Codes cannot be combined with any other active promotions, automatic discounts, or concurrent offers.
  • Exclusions: Promo Codes may not apply to certain sale items, gift cards, shipping fees, or applicable taxes.

3. Expiration, Cancellation, and Modifications

  • Validity Period: Each Promo Code is valid only for the timeframe specified in the promotional material.
  • Right to Change or Cancel: All promotional codes are subject to change, modification, or cancellation at any time and without prior notice. Alluring Tranquility reserves the right to terminate any Promo Code if technical errors, fraud, or unauthorized distribution occur.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Refund Amount Adjustments: In the event of a return, you will be refunded the actual amount paid for the item after the discount was applied, not the original retail value.
  • Pro-Rated Discounts: If a Promo Code was applied to an entire order containing multiple items, the total discount value will be allocated proportionally across all items. Any refunded amount for partial returns will reflect this pro-rated discount.
  • Non-Refundable Discount Value: The monetary value or percentage of a Promo Code is non-refundable and cannot be reinstated, reissued, or exchanged for cash or store credit upon return of the item.
  • Minimum Purchase Thresholds: If the Promo Code required a minimum order value (e.g., "Spend $50, get $10 off") and a partial return drops the remaining order value below that threshold, the discount will be retroactively forfeited and deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Technical and Compliance Disclaimer

  • Alluring Tranquility is not responsible for Promo Codes that are lost, stolen, or not applied at checkout due to technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or user omission.
  • Final checkout totals will reflect the applied discount. If a Promo Code fails to apply, please contact customer support prior to completing your transaction, as discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.
